Sessions run in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Hokkien-speaking clients are accommodated for verbal descriptions of document contents — a practical accommodation for older clients who received their employment correspondence in English but are more comfortable explaining in Hokkien.

Two-Part Payment Option

The Five-Month Coordination Programme can be settled in two payments — one at the start and one at the programme midpoint. This arrangement is confirmed in writing before the programme begins.
